Official hotel check-in is at 4pm. While we recognize for those only staying on Saturday night that this is a tight time squeeze between checking in & the ceremony, the hotel assured us that if guests arrive early, they can do their best to have the rooms ready earlier. They understand that there will be a wedding that day, & will try to have your room ready by 3pm. Please let us know if you are going to stay on Saturday night only & we will provide the Reservations Manager with your name so they know to have your room ready! We recommend that you arrive to the hotel dressed & ready for the ceremony.

Yes! The Madison Hotel offers free parking.

Our wedding will be formal attire.

There will not be a shuttle service for our wedding. Everything is being hosted at the hotel including the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after party.

Although we love your kids, our wedding is going to be adults only, besides a few of our teenage cousins. We want you to have the night off from them & enjoy your time!
