What is the dress code?

While there is no enforced dress code and you can wear whatever you want, the couple would prefer semi-formal. The wedding colors are Burgundy, Black, and Gold if you would like to coordinate.

How do I get to the event?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony has a planned start time of 1 p.m., so schedule to arrive 15-45 minutes before the planned start time to get the perfect seat for yourself.

What is the RSVP deadline?

The sooner you RSVP, the better, but the official deadline when the couple will stop taking RSVPs is 6 weeks before the wedding on August 8, 2026.

Will you have a hotel blocked for that weekend?

Due to getting married in a military town and September being so busy for military, Yes we will have a wedding block. It will be placed at the Best Western located at 1035 West Williams Street, Fallon Nevada, 89406.

Can I bring a plus one?

There are many factors that play into this question. While the couple is trying to keep the wedding small and intimate, if they have the ability to accommodate another person, they would. With that in mind, please speak to the bride directly.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

The wedding will be taking place inside the Eagles hall.

Will there be an open bar.

The wedding venue does have a bar and an attending bartender. The Wedding Couple will be having a $500 tab that will be available to all the guest, but you will have to pay for your own drinks after that. If you would like to contribute more to the tab, please reach out to the bride.

Best way to RSVP?

Right here on the Wedding website! There is an RSVP link on the Main page as well as the RSVP page within the site.

Can I bring a gift?

Your presence is enough of a gift and the bride and groom do not expect anything but for you to enjoy their day. If you would like to bring a gift, there will be a gift table available for your convivence. There is also a Registry with in the wedding website.

Will there be food?

After the ceremony, the wedding couple will be having a reception with a buffet style dinner. Available at the buffet will be a taco bar, a dessert bar, and a sandwich bar.

Can I take pictures?

During the ceremony, you may take pictures but please stay in your seat and do not try to cut off the photographer. The reception you are allowed to take as many pictures as you like! If you post any wedding pictures please use our hashtag! #HelloHarnacks

Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

The couple has decided to live stream the ceremony on Facebook through their wedding event page.

I can't find the answer to my question?

If you still have questions you can't find on the website. Reach out directly to the bride through any of her social medias or phone number. You can also try to reach out to the groom but he probably won't know the answer (Keli is being a bridezilla).

What happens if I'm running late?

We will be shutting the doors for the ceremony at 12:55 so if you cannot make it before then reach out to one of the bridesmaids and we will try to accommodate you but if you don't reach out you will not be allowed at the ceremony. You are more than welcome to join the reception.
