Kevin and I met in a very unique and unexpected way that I still don't know how I got so lucky for: we met on a plane. Yes, some of my friends to this day still don't really believe me but I can't make this up! On February 1st, 2016 I was flying to Greensboro to be interviewed for the ACC Post-Graduate Internship Program with companies such as the ACC itself, FOX Sports, Orange Bowl Committee and a few others. A little disgruntled I didn't get a Southwest flight with my window seat and free peanuts, I ended up meeting my future husband so it was more than a fair trade! Kevin and I were assigned seats next to each other, and I ironically forgot my headphones so we ended up talking. Leaving the flight and both shuffling for our connections in Charlotte, I was so mad I didn't have the courage to ask for his name; but coming back home to Louisville, my teammate found him on Facebook so we friended each other and hit it off from there! You could also say that if I didn't before, I totally believe in fate :)
