We have a room block booked at The Ambassador Hotel Kansas City. The hotel is 4 minutes away from the venue! Visit the travel tab located at the top of the page and you can book a room through the link provided :) You must book the room by April 25th to receive room rate.

We’d love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire for our wedding.

To ensure that you’re settled, we recommend that you arrive by 5:15pm, as the ceremony will start at 5:30pm.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Yes, we’re planning for a covered outdoor ceremony, weather permitting. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move the ceremony indoors at the venue.

We will have beer, wine and seltzers provided!

Yes, there will be parking available at the venue for your convenience free of charge. We will also have an off duty officer monitoring the parking lot.

Yes! We will have a complimentary shuttle run from the venue to the hotel/hotel to venue the day of the wedding.
