Please reserve your room by July 1st! At that point, rooms will no longer be held for our wedding guests and this is a weekend where they will fill quickly.
Follow the instructions below to book rooms using your group code:
Please use our website homepage: https://www.tradewindsnj.com/
Click the “Book Now” feature on the top right of the homepage.
A pop up will appear where you will be prompted to add your stay details. Use the “I Have A Group Number” hyperlink on the bottom left of the pop up.
Next, you will be promoted to begin the booking by entering the affiliated code. Please note, the codes will auto populate the stay details.
Here are the following codes for you guests:
8463 - 2 night reservation code (9/13-9/15)
8464 - 1 night reservation code (9/14-9/15)
Once the codes are entered, please click “Go” and proceed with accommodation details.

Lamplight Motel
Only offers a two-night minimum.
TRANSPORTATION:
Guests are responsible for their own transportation TO the ceremony and reception. There is free parking in the parking lot by the ceremony (Lavallette Gazebo, Bay Boulevard, Lavallette, NJ 08735).
We have reserved the parking lot ACROSS THE STREET from the reception where you can leave your car overnight (1801 N Ocean Ave, Seaside Park, NJ 08752). GUESTS MUST MENTION THE CODE PHRASE TO THE PARKING LOT ATTENDANT “SANTAS GOT A BRAND-NEW BAG.” Or the less fun version,“McHoy wedding.”
PLEASE NOTE: If you park in the lot right outside of the venue (lot to the south) you will have to pay for parking or you will be ticketed, please be sure to park in the lot we have provided.
We will have a shuttle bus running multiple trips from 10PM - 12AM from the reception venue/after party making stops at The Tradewinds Montor Lodge, President Ave., Lavallette, and The Lamplight Motel.
We can help guest retrieve their cars the following day or you can take a nice walk (2.5 miles) to get your car.
