Andrew and Kelli’s paths had almost crossed a few times, playing in volleyball tournaments and leagues, having numerous mutual friends and both attending Ohio University. It wasn't until August of 2020 when they officially met playing volleyball in their friends backyard at Kelli's going away party. Kelli was getting ready to move to Delray Beach, Florida to join her best friends who had recently made the move.

Andrew and Kelli stayed in touch after the move and even though Kelli won't admit it, she did give Andrew a hard time in the beginning, but he didn't stop trying, something he also won't admit! They started dating in May 2021 and during this time while Kelli was still living in Florida, more than 30 flights were taken back and forth to visit one another. They remained in a long-distance relationship until the spring of 2022 when they both knew it was time to lay down roots together in Columbus.

Andrew proposed to Kelli on her 27th birthday at Lynora's in West Palm Beach, Florida. Lynora's is such a special place to them as this is the location of their first date! On top of an engagement and planning a wedding, they bought their first home in May 2023 and are very excited to begin this next chapter, with hopes to add a furry friend to the family soon :)
