S&S Limousine
We will be providing a shuttle service for those staying at the Hilton Garden Inn under our room block. We have reserved a limo bus to transport some of our guests to the reception venue (The Lodge at Welch Allyn) and then back to the hotel at the end of the night. If you plan to take the shuttle, it is your responsibility to catch it during the times listed. There will only be one shuttle to the reception and one shuttle back to the hotel. A sign up for the shuttle will be at the front desk of the hotel. If they forget to offer it to you, just ask. There are 40 seats on the limo. Once you sign up, plan to catch the shuttle there and back to the hotel. It is your responsibility to be on time to catch the shuttle, otherwise it may leave without you. If you happen to miss the shuttle or opt not to take it, you can reserve an Uber or call a local taxi company.
