We're cousins!  I always looked up to Julie, and wasn't just because she was taller than me.   She's the coolest, wackiest, most creative person I know.   She's the closest person I have to a sister.

Kassim and I met when he came to Jumpstart, the company that brought me up to the bay area from LA and helped start the next chapter of my life exploring a new city that I grew to love. Through work and common interests in sneakers we quickly became friends.When our friends started finding their now significant others, Kass and I fell in the single crew, so we began to spend more time together be it grabbing drinks and brunch at the mall and then later hitting up every shoe store in downtown SF and wouldn't stop us from taking road trips out to Concord (I think it was there).Throughout the years, he's been there whenever I needed to advice be it work, life or which nike is dropping the upcoming weekend he was always able to provide sound a great advice.

Brian and my path crossed at Jumpstart as well. All started with going to work happy hours and just chatting in the office, where we found we had a lot of the same hobbies. Be it cars, tech, skiing or watching every sporting event on TV. After a few years Brian and Nate had a spot open up in their Potrero Hill Apartment and he heard I was looking to move from my old apartment out in Ocean Beach so he told me to come take a look at the room in Potrero.After seeing the apartment it was a no brainer and I decided to move in. We spent lots of evenings after working watching the giants, warriors or pretty much any sporting event. Surfing the web to find the latest and greatest tech and a lot of time chatting about work. We still today message each other almost daily chatting about work or sports.

We met in our first year at SCU in General Chemistry.  I gave her my phone number because we were partners.  One day I was hanging our in the dorms and my phone rang.  She called me and we were on the phone for 45minutes! I still can't shake her....just kidding!  I love this girl!!! We've been through boyfriends that didn't like mint chocolate chip ice cream, Organic Chemistry, and a physics professor (who was 89 at the time). She crazy enough to stick with my crazy.

Nate and I met at Jumpstart as well and I became one of his roomies in Portrero. Nate has always been the life the party and could always rely on him to find something new and fun to do instead of the boring drag of hitting up the local bars on the weekends.Be it watching really weird movies he finds, getting schooled on what makes bourbon bourbon or getting the group together for some random exploring through out the city.He's always keeps things hilarious at all times of day, especially in the mornings when he makes his daily morning burnt bacon smelling up the whole apartment, or sitting sipping a cup of bourbon while discussing career paths and business ideas.

We met at John's Hopkins during a rotation.  Esther is the first person, I clicked with during pharmacy school.  She reminded me I could still be myself in the midst of trying to be professional. Without Esther fourth year of pharmacy school would have been more lonely.

Helen is my little from pharmacy school.  Having her around reminded me of home in Maryland. She's always there to vent about school and the job.

If you guys haven't caught on to the trend yet, I'm guessing you can figure out Eric and I met at Jumpstart too. Who would of thought that taking a new job opportunity and a chance on a new city would help me find such great friends.Eric and I first met when he  came to work on my team at Jumpstart. The more time I spent with Eric the more we realized we had a common interest, Cars. Once we both got sports cars, we started hanging out more and more, helping each other with installing parts or running to the hardware store because we broke something. Then we stumbled on to our new obsession of taking our cars to the Track. 6 years later we both have been to countless track days and shared many rooms in dirty Motel 6's in the middle of nowhere.
