Jake and Kellie are celebrating their marriage on April 10th with a ceremony followed by a reception at the Outpost in Chaska. We are so glad that you have chosen to still celebrate with us! We know that we cannot eliminate all risk from gathering, but we are doing our best to make our guests feel as safe and as comfortable as possible.

We understand that you might have hesitations with attending our wedding given the current circumstances. We want our family and friends to feel safe, so we encourage you to please do what is best for your current situation and comfort level. We want you to know we love you all and will not be offended if you cannot join us for our wedding and reception.

Below is everything you need to know about our day and what precautions we are taking due to COVID-19.

• Guests may arrive at The Outpost around 3:30pm, which will allow ample time for all guests to enter the venue comfortably while maintaining social distancing.

• The ceremony will start at 4:00pm

• A cocktail hour will follow the reception.

• Dinner will be served at 6:00pm

• Toasts and a dance to follow.

The Outpost has been following the situation closely, and recommend following CDC Guidelines.

• We will have hand sanitizing stations throughout the venue and masks available upon entry.

• Our phenomenal Butlers and Servers will be making rounds during this time with drinks and hors d'oeuvres to avoid clutter at a serving table. All serving staff will be wearing masks and gloves.

• All of the Outpost staff and vendor staff will be wearing masks. Serving staff will also wear gloves while serving food and drinks.

Tables will be spread throughout the venue to provide extra space and encourage social distancing.

• Guests will be assigned to tables with special care to keep family groups together.

Jake and I recommend and ask that if you are able, to wear a mask as much as you can for our ceremony and reception. If you have questions about the ceremony and reception, please do not hesitate to reach out to the bride and groom. We cannot wait for April 10th and to celebrate with you all!
