What is the dress code for your wedding?
Black-tie attire event.
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
This will be an indoor/outdoor event. Cocktail hour will take place in the gardens of Oheka Castle, followed by the reception in the grand ballroom.
Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?
For guests planning on booking hotel accommodations for the night, we have two room block locations available. You may stay at our Wedding venue, Oheka Castle, or at the Hilton Long Island/Huntington.

Is there transportation?
There will be a shuttle bus arriving at 5:00pm to take guests from the Hilton to Oheka Castle and then the shuttle bus will arrive later at 12:00am to return guests from Oheka to the Hilton.
Is there Transportation to the Ceremony?
There is no shuttle bus to the ceremony at Archangel Michael Church in Port Washington. Guests will be taking their own transport.
What to expect outdoors?
There will be individual parasol umbrellas provided during cocktail hour for sun protection. Also feel free to bring sunglasses. The gardens have grass and gravel-size white rocks, so ladies should not have trouble with heels.
