Call the hotel to book a room in the Simerly/Copeland block. Do not book via website. If you use the website, it may book you at a different site and not within our hotel block.

Rooms must be booked by April 16th, 2025 to secure a spot in the block! The earlier you book, the better. This is a busy time of year in Omaha. Due to this being a buys time of year in Omaha, there are a limited amount of rooms available.

Check in begins at 3:00 PM. They cannot guarantee early check in. If you feel you need more time, you may need to book a room for the night before the wedding.

This hotel is Shuttle service to/from the venue available. Shuttle service will begin at 3:30 PM. Return shuttle to the hotel is from 10:00-11:00 PM.
