Our Wedding

The Day We Met

My airline assigned me a four-day trip for September 4th, 2020. I only knew the other Flight Attendant, Jenny, she lived in my “crash pad” (house shared by flight crew). At our Crew Briefing before our first flight, I met the Captain…Joe. We had an overnight in Memphis and stayed at the Guest House at Graceland, a beautiful hotel next door to Elvis Presley’s Graceland Mansion. We didn’t get to our rooms that night until almost 1:00 a.m., and that’s when I received a text message from Joe asking me if I knew how to play shuffleboard. Not knowing if I should be a little offended, I texted him back asking him, “Is this some sort of an old lady joke?” To which he replied, “No, they have shuffleboard downstairs.” We ended up playing shuffle board until 4:00 a.m. And, that is the night it all began. :)

Kelly’s Story of How We Met

Rewind…, To Spring 2020. I’m relaxing, in the company airport Break Room. Some Blonde Girl, appears, from No Where. No Where, was the Back Room (B.R.) She struts, back and forth, before me in the (B.R.) Break Room. Then disappears like a genie into the mist. Fast Forward…, To Autumn 2020. I show up, to the Jet Aeroplane, for my company assigned trip. Surprise…! There she is. Like a genie out of the mist. Some Blonde Girl. She is Real. She stands before me. My genie, Kelly G. By trips end, we bonded over champagne, shuffleboard, long talks, long walks, Elvis and Jailhouse Rock. The rest, is History. Not, the End.

Places to Stay

Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 2 hours 9 minutes to complete. This is a very popular area for fishing and hiking. This trail features waterbodies, rocky terrains, hills, forests, and magnificent views.

Golden is a city and former gold rush town at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, in Colorado. Clear Creek Trail is a network of paths running along a waterway. It passes Clear Creek White Water Park, a kayaking course. The Colorado School of Mines Geology Museum has exhibits on earth science and mining history. Northeast is the Colorado Railroad Museum, with vintage trains and an 1800s-style railroad depot.
