Aaron and Kelly knew each other from attending school together at Somonauk. Kelly first caught Aaron's eye in 2020 at a sand volleyball game where Kelly was playing on a team with some of Aaron’s friends. Later in the year, they ended up at the same wedding reception and Aaron asked Kelly to dance. The rest is history!

During the past year, Aaron and Kelly traveled extensively—they took a family road trip to Tennessee and South Carolina, flew to Texas for a wedding, fell in love with the beauty of the ocean in Punta Cana, visited Wisconsin for a family reunion, and went sight-seeing in Niagara Falls.

Some of their favorite memories include sledding with Aaron’s son, Sebastian, going to their favorite restaurant before every vacation, playing volleyball together, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying the sand and ocean views.

In December 2020, before they started dating, Aaron knew he wanted to marry Kelly. He originally planned on proposing in December 2021 but didn’t want to wait one more second to spend the rest of their lives together. He proposed on September 17th overlooking Niagara Falls. Needless to say… Kelly said yes!
