Tyler and Kelly first met each other at orientation at Memorial Healthcare in June 2019. They both liked each other at first sight but neither said anything. After a month Tyler left Memorial realizing it wasn’t his scene and went back to the ambulance full time. Kelly and Tyler saw each other a few times when he would bring a patient into the department but didn’t reconnect until March 2020 when they matched on Bumble. They both told each other that they had liked the either but never told each when they worked together. Then the pandemic hit and they weren’t able to go on a date until June 2020, but continued to talk every day. They connected immediately and then officially started dating in August 2020. Tyler was so supportive of Kelly while she was going through nursing school and she would stay at his apartment about 50% of the time. She moved in full time in August of 2021. They had a trip planned for Disney at the end of November and Tyler proposed in front of Magic Kingdom on 11-29-2021 and she immediately said yes!
