If you are arriving in town prior to the wedding date, please join us for a welcome celebration! Drinks and light food will be provided. If you're driving to the welcome party, we'd recommend parking in the FREE parking garage directly behind the Union Taproom (220 Avenue A NW, Winter Haven, FL 33881). The parking garage exit in the southeast corner will lead right into the back patio of Union Taproom.

Our ceremony will be held on the lakeside lawn starting at 4 pm. We kindly ask our guests to arrive no later than 3:30 pm. There will be shuttles provided to escort hotel guests to and from the venue, however, there is also plenty of parking available on site! The ceremony will take place on the lakeside lawn- block heels or wedges may fare better than stilettos. Cocktail hour will be held on the lakeside patio following the conclusion of the ceremony. A variety of beer, wine, and liquor will be provided to get the evening started!
