Fly into Spokane, WA. Coeur d'Alene is located 33 miles from Spokane, or roughly a 40 minute drive.

From the airport you have several options. 1. Book a public shuttle from the airport to Coeur d'Alene. We have used Payless Shuttle with good success in the past. You can contact them at (208) 762-7433 for reservations and more information. 2. Book an Uber (more expensive option) 3. Rent a car (great idea if you want to do some exploring and site seeing while you're in town!

Parking is available at the venue! Transportation will be provided from the parking lot to the ceremony via golf cart.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. A covered tent will be provided for the reception.

At the end of August in Hayden Lake, Idaho, you can expect average high temperatures around the mid-80s Fahrenheit (around 29°C), with nighttime lows cooling down to the mid-50s Fahrenheit (around 13°C); generally considered pleasant summer weather with warm days and cool nights.

Formal or Black-Tie Optional: Women can wear gowns, cocktail dresses or dressy separates. Men can choose between a tuxedo or a suit and tie.

Our venue has limited capacity, so we are hosting an adults-only event.

There are 3 options for hotels to choose from including Springhill Suites, Holiday Inn Express and Coeur d'Alene Resort.  For your convenience, we have blocked rooms with discounted wedding rates at Springhill Suites and Holiday Inn Express. These are only options and not requirements. Guests are welcome to book their own accommodations as well! You can find more details under the "Travel" section of the website!
