What airport do you fly into?
Jacksonville International Airport
Do you need to rent a car?
It is highly recommended to rent a car. It’s approximately a 35 minute ride to Amelia Island from the airport. Also, downtown Fernandina although a short ride from the hotels, is about a 10-15 minute ride depending on the hotel you choose. The Residence Inn does offer a free shuttle to hotel guests that will take you to downtown and other local spots including the wedding venue.
