Wedding Day Details

What Time Should I arrive?

Our ceremony will start promptly at 6 PM ET, and our wedding coordinator has also asked that you DON'T ARRIVE BEFORE 5:15 PM. So the safe answer is between 5:15 PM - 5:55 PM ET.

Where is the ceremony/reception located?

Both the ceremony and the reception will take place at Summerour.

Is there parking at the Venue?

There will be Valet on site and available all night for our event.

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. However part of cocktail hour will be outside, weather permitting.

What is the dress code?

Dress code is SEMI FORMAL. The theme we are using for design is "elevated garden party". I have attached a mood board below that friends have said have helped them understand idea's for wear.

Will the wedding be taking place rain or shine?

Yes. Our venue is completely covered and indoors. So we are prepared and ready no matter what the weather is going to be like that day!

RSVP & Contact Info

Should I RSVP ONLINE or BY MAIL?

Great question, and there is only one answer, it is online. We have no by-mail option. Everything we are doing is online and through QR codes! So no snail mail for YOU! This will help us get updates and reminders out to everyone quicker once we have your emails or your phone numbers in hand.

Will my children be allowed to attend?

We appreciate your understanding that our special day will be adults-only, with the exception of children in our immediate family.

Can I Bring A Plus One?

When you RSVP you will see whether you have been slotted to bring a plus one or not. If you would like to request an additional guest after you have RSVP'ed, please email Kelly at jameskellybell@gmail.com

Food & Drink

Will There Be A Meal Served?

Will will have a buffet style dinner provided for every guest.

Can I Let You know about my dietary restrictions?

Please! You can do so when you RSVP! If you have forgotten to do so when you RSVP'ed, you can email Kelly at jameskellybell@gmail.com with your dietary restrictions.

Will there be an open bar?

travel & Accommodations

Is there a room block somewhere?

We have a room block at the hotel MOXY. Please see our TRAVEL page for all the information on that hotel room block.

What's the closest airport?

The Atlanta Airport, otherwise known as Hartsfieldโ€“Jackson International Airport. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes from the airport, and the Venue is about 20-23 minutes, NOT DURING RUSH HOUR.

What's the best way to get around town?

Ubering is the best way to get around town if you wish to go to other pockets of the city. However, where the Moxy (our hotel) is located is within walking distance of incredible restaurants, attractions, and things to do. So, in a way, your feet is another answer.

Are you registered anywhere?

Yes, we have a registry tab on this website. Please click over to that to view our selected registry.

Can I bring a gift to the wedding?

Yes, of course! We welcome whatever choice you would like to choose to share in this moment with us!

What is your top choice?

Although sometimes taboo, we would prefer the cash fund. These gifts will go towards dinners, concerts, excursions, trips, and even towards our future home.

Photos & Social Media

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

While we love social media, let's allow the professionals to do their job and get the photos needed for the moment. Thank you.
