Kelly and Andrew met in one of the many greek life functions that exist between The University of Oklahoma's fraternities and sororities. In their case, it was a student produced Broadway Musical-esque dance production. Their fraternity and sorority involvement would be a common theme between them as Andrew served as Vice President for Sigma Nu and Kelly served as President of Alpha Omicron Pi. Once they graduated in 2019 they moved to Houston Texas to take on an exciting start to their careers.

They lived apart for a time, with Andrew living in Houston and Kelly living at home. That is until they decided to move in together and make their next big goal to buy a house together. By this time, Andrew knew he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Kelly.

It was in Greece, on the shores of Ithaca on the bow of a sailboat that Andrew got on one knee and proposed to Kelly. There on the Ionian sea they began their engagement. Not too long after they closed on a house in north Houston, where they live now.

They enjoy all the rewards and challenges that owning a home together brings. Andrew enjoys archery and gardening in the back yard. .Kelly enjoys reading and golfing. On Tuesdays they play Dungeons and Dragons with friends. Kelly and Andrew enjoy travel, often taking weekends out of town in other cities to see friends. This past year they spent ten days in London and Scotland. They're excited to honeymoon together in Italy and where they'll adventure across the countryside taking in the nation's rich history and enjoying plenty of wine.
