Travel On The Wedding Day

We have organised a bus to take everyone to and from the wedding, departing and returning to Byron Bay. The bus will pick you up from Byron Bay Interchange Terminal (The Butler Street Interchange) and depart at 1:30pm Saturday, June 22nd. The bus will collect you from Frida's Field and drop you back to the Byron Bay Bus Terminal. Please let us know if you would like to be included so we can ensure there is enough space for everyone and book your seat. There is no parking at Frida's Field therefore transport must be arranged (Uber and Taxi's will still be available but could potentially be hard to get). If you have any questions, please let us know!

WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?

We would love for you to RSVP by February 1st, 2024.

Where Should I Fly To?

The closest airport to fly into is Ballina Airport (BNK) which is a short 27 minute drive from Byron Bay. Gold Coast Airport (OOL) is next closest, being roughly a 45 minute drive to Byron Bay. We have kept all organised events local to the Byron Bay area to avoid the need to hire a car and for ease of getting around.

Are My Children Invited?

We are so lucky to have so many special kids we absolutely adore in our lives. However, this is a small and intimate adults-only occasion and we hope that you are able to respect our wishes. Children are most welcome (in fact, please bring them!) to the welcome and recovery events and we would LOVE to see them. Please note: you are of course welcome to bring any kiddies under the age of 12 months. Can I bring a plus one to the Welcome or Recovery Events?

YES of course! We're unfortunately a little stretched with our numbers for the wedding however we would LOVE to have your partner or kids come to the Welcome and Recovery Events! Just let us know if your RSVP so we can ensure we've organised enough space for both!

What Will The Weather Be Like?

The weather in Byron Bay in June should be between 19-22°. The ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting) however the reception will be indoors. You may want to bring a jacket for night time (or boogie a little more to keep warm).

Can I Drive To The Wedding?

Unfortunately, there is no parking available at Frida's Fields therefore drop-off and pick-up transport is required. For details on transport we have organised, please head to the 'Travel' tab for more information, and remember to RSVP your spot on the bus in the 'RSVP' tab. If you'd prefer to organise your own transportation that is of course absolutely fine!
