Knotting Hill Farm is located in a rural area of upstate NY, approximately 1 hr. and 20 minutes west of Albany, 1 hr. and 20 minutes east of Syracuse and 30 minutes northwest of Cooperstown. We will be providing shuttle bus transportation to and from the wedding venue from Lake and Pines Motel. See below for information about Lake and Pines Motel. Accommodations tend to fill up quickly.
While the property and surrounding area is beautiful, the transportation is limited outside of personal vehicles. Lyft/Uber/Taxis/etc. do not exist in the area.
Lake 'n Pines Motel - Saturday ONLY
Matt and I have set up accommodations at Lake n' Pines. If you plan to stay here for 1 night, Saturday, book directly from their website, linked here. If you plan to stay for Friday and Saturday night, see the below Section. Lake n’ Pines also has 4 cottages available for rent. Contact them directly to reserve those. Be sure to make your reservations early as they tend to fill up quickly.

Matt and I have set up a room block for our guests who are staying Friday and Saturday as accommodations tend to be limited and fill quickly. The rooms will be held until September 5, 2025. If you plan to stay here for 1 night, see the above Section. If you plan to stay for Friday and Saturday night, book your room under our room block here. Be sure to make your reservations early and prior to (9/25/2025) if planning to be part of the room block at Lake n' Pines.

AirBnB and VRBO also show a some properties in the area if you wish to book elsewhere. We will be having a bus from Lake n' Pines Hotel to Knotting Hill Farm, but there are no taxis/Uber/Lyfts available for the area so please be aware of this.
Other Accommodations
There are neighboring towns/villages with larger hotels and other options. Please note, the only transportation we will be providing to the venue is a bus from Lake n' Pines Motel to the venue and back.
