Our first date

Zach and Kelly met in the middle of the shut down in 2020, but they were still able to go on a first date. Their first date was at Andy's Frozen Custard where they were able to sit on the tailgate of Zach's truck and get to know one another. The whole evening was full of conversation and they both knew there was definitely going to be a second date.

Zach was very nervous all morning on the day of the proposal but was trying to act cool!&nbsp;He didn’t know where it was going to happen on the bike ride, but he knew it would happen on the bike ride.&nbsp;After going by multiple spots that could have been “the spot” Zach finally decided at the last bridge that it was the one!&nbsp;Kelly was on a mission to make it to their destination so they could eat the lunch they packed.&nbsp;Zach had no idea how he would get her to stop on such a hot bike ride so he had to come up with something quick!&nbsp;Luckily, there were some turtles.&nbsp;Kelly had no idea it was coming!!&nbsp;As they rode across a bridge and Zach said, “Let’s stop and look at the turtles!”&nbsp;Kelly was so hot and hungry and did not want to stop.&nbsp;Zach ended up proposing on the bridge and it made it all worth it!&nbsp;&nbsp;It was just the two of them which made it was so special!

We do not have a block of rooms reserved but this one is very close to the venue and a newer hotel!

Courtyard by Marriott Jefferson City

The Capital Plaza is right by the venue (you can walk to the venue, it would be about a 10 minute walk) , this one is also a great option. We do not have a block reserved at this one.
