We have a room block at the Holiday Inn Express in Wharton under Fontenot-Koralewski Wedding if booking over the phone and code: FKW if booking online. Additional room blocks will become available as needed. In addition to room blocks, we have room accommodations available on the venue property. Please keep checking for updates and reach out to Gabriel with any questions!

While we love your little ones, this is an adults only event. Please use this night as a date night and prepare childcare accordingly.

The dress code is formal attire. Ladies floor length dresses and gowns. No white/off-white/cream/pale yellow or pink. The ceremony will be in the orchard, block heels or wedges are encouraged. We suggest men wear a suit in any color. No jeans.

During the ceremony, we kindly ask that you keep your phone on silent, airplane mode, or off. Please refrain from taking any pictures or videos during the ceremony until guests are dismissed. Professional photos from the ceremony will be shared at a later date.

In addition to our signature drinks, we will be having a full open bar! Please drink responsibly. Per venue policy, there will be no shots allowed. 2 officers will be present during the event.

After Gabriel & Kelly have their grand exit, the atmosphere of the party will change drastically. If you are not a night owl or party person, please utilize this time to leave while you can. Can't say we didn't warn you!

If the reception wasn't enough, there will be after's in the lodge.
