Zack and Kelly met at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. Zack was finishing his undergraduate degree in mathematics and taking graduate courses and Kelly was in her first year of the doctorate program for occupational therapy. They met when Zack moved in across the hall from Kelly’s friends and they invited him over for a movie night. They were friends for 3 months before they had their first kiss after a night out in Milwaukee. They had their first date soon after at a food truck park where they ate arepas from a Venezuelan food truck. Zack moved to San Antonio, TX to begin flight training for the Air Force while Kelly stayed in Milwaukee to finish her degree. After graduation, Zack and Kelly moved to Alamogordo, NM where they lived for 5 months while Zack completed another training. While in New Mexico, Kelly and Zack began designing their dream engagement ring. On February 10, 2024, Zack proposed to Kelly at the Inn of the Mountain Gods resort and casino in Mescalero, NM. They are now living in Las Vegas, NV and are excited to start their life together!
