Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. We request that guests plan to arrive no earlier than 3:15pm but no later than 3:45pm. Due to the location of the ceremony space, guests who have not arrived by the start of the ceremony will not be permitted to enter until after the conclusion of the ceremony.

We ask that all guests RSVP by August 5, 2025 in order for us to give the venue and vendors a final head count.

The venue address is 1003 Carlee Farm Road Oxford, NC. There is a gravel parking lot on site for you to park your car. For guests with physical limitations, there will be a golf cart shuttle service provided from the parking lot to the ceremony space and reception area.

Our wedding will have a cocktail attire dress code. Gentlemen, please feel free to wear a suit or blazer with dress pants. For ladies, a midi-length cocktail dress or dressy separates would be ideal. Please do not wear jeans, and ladies, please do not wear white or ivory as this color is reserved for the bride.

Weather permitting the ceremony will be outside, and the reception will take place indoors. (In the event of bad weather, the ceremony and reception will both take place indoors.)

We’re very sorry, but due to space restraints, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 13. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special day!

All invited guests, including plus ones, will be listed on your invitation. Unfortunately, due to space constraints, not every guest could receive a plus one.

At this time, we are planning on having an open bar. Please enjoy responsibly and choose a designated driver if consuming alcohol. (Keep in mind that Oxford is in a more rural location so using rideshare services may be difficult and expensive!)
