If you’re staying at the Loews Hotel, we’ve got you covered! A shuttle will leave for the venue at 4:30 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. (pick-ups on Market Street, directly outside the hotel's main entrance). Return trips back to the Loews will be available at 11:00 p.m., 12:00 a.m., and 12:45 a.m. Guests staying at the Hotel Monaco are in luck—the venue is just a quick five-minute walk away.

Doors will open at 4:45 p.m.—keep in mind there might be Friday rush hour traffic. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m., and we can't wait to see you there!

Yes, there is a convenient, open-air Parkway Parking lot located directly to the right of Union Trust at 711 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106. The evening rate is $15 (valid if you enter after 4:00 p.m. and exit before 5:01 a.m.). Please plan ahead—and if you’ll be raising a glass with us, please don’t drink and drive. We want everyone to get home safely!

Join us for an elegant winter evening! Black tie optional means tuxedos or dark suits for men and long, formal dresses of any color for women. Don’t forget to take advantage of the complimentary coat check near the venue's entrance.

Yes, we politely ask that all phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present for the moment with us. Don’t worry—we’ll have professional photographers and videographers capturing it all, so you can sit back, relax and enjoy.

Come hungry! In addition to a variety of hors d’oeuvres and serving stations during cocktail hour, guests will enjoy a plated entrée of their choice, selected in advance through the RSVP. A premium open bar will also be available throughout the evening, including the After Party. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, just let us know and we’re happy to accommodate.

While we absolutely love your little ones, we ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of our flower girls and ring bearer. We hope you enjoy a well-deserved night out!
