Their story began in our senior year of high school. Kelly would spend her free period in the library catching up on homework, and Ryan would spend his in the senior common area playing Super Smash Brothers.

One day, Ryan walked into the library, and when he saw no empty tables, he saw Kelly who he vaguely remembered from a study hall freshman year, sitting by herself. He asked to sit with her, she took one of her headphones out and said yes. He noticed that she was struggling trying to figure out logarithms and offered to help her. He would continue finding her in the library wherever she sat, he would make fun of her essay writing in funny voices, and eventually he asked her to go to the movies.

They went to see Dumb and Dumber Too, Ryan of course predicted the entire movie, and was right about it, they had a great time, and the rest is history!

They moved in together in April of 2022, and they dated until September of 2022, when Ryan proposed to Kelly. He took her to the Sports Center of Connecticut in Shelton to play mini golf. He purchased a purple golf ball shaped ring box and placed it in hole 2, popped the question, and Kelly said yes! The whole place was in on it, Ryan even had Kelly’s maids of honor, Indy and Sam, hiding in the bushes filming the whole thing.

They picked their wedding date 4/12 because Ryan’s favorite number is 412, and they are so excited to celebrate and have the best day with family and friends! They hope you will join them!
