Hometown Sweethearts

Our story began at Norwood High. Despite Isuf being a year older that didn't stop us from becoming friends through our mutual friends, who were dating at the time. As we spent more time together, we realized there was something deeper between us, and we officially became a couple shortly after Kelly started college on 12/11/15.

Long-Distance Love

College life led us in different directions, and for four years, we experienced the highs and lows of a long-distance relationship. We learned that love knows no distance or obstacle and that our connection was stronger than anything that could come between us.

Adventures Abroad

One of the most exciting parts of our journey was when we studied abroad in England for four unforgettable months. We immersed ourselves in a new culture, explored historic places, and made lasting memories together. Oh, and we also managed to celebrate our second anniversary in the romantic city of Paris during our time abroad!

Engagement Adventures

Our engagement story is truly a special one. Isuf popped the question in beautiful Croatia, surrounded by a stunning coastline. But the adventure didn't stop there. A year later, we celebrated our engagement in Albania, Isuf's home country, with his family and friends. It was a heartwarming experience filled with Albanian traditions and love.

Wanderlust and Adventure

Our shared passion for adventure has been a driving force in our relationship, whisking us away to explore 15 different countries together. From the rolling vineyards of Tuscany to strolling along the historic cobblestone streets of Edinburgh, savoring the delights of Stockholm, or basking in the sun on the Greek islands of Naxos and Santorini, our adventures have gifted us with an array of unforgettable memories.

Building a Life Together

Through all of life's challenges and joys, we've been each other's rock. We tackled graduate school together—Isuf earned his master's degree while Kelly pursued her doctorate. Later on, we took a giant leap and bought our very first home. And let's not forget our adorable puppy Sonny, who's brought endless joy into our lives, and sleepless nights.

Now, we're ready to embark on the biggest adventure of all—marriage. Our love has been tested and strengthened through the years, and we can't wait to build a life filled with love, laughter, and countless more incredible adventures together.
