Because the ceremony begins promptly at 2:00 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 1:45 pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time and find your seat.
WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION DURING THE EVENT?
Shuttles will be available from the Pear River Hilton hotel, both to and from the wedding venue. Additional valet parking will also be available for those driving to the venue.
Uber and Lyft are available in the area as well for anyone staying in a different hotel.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is Black Tie Encourage.
What does "black tie encouraged" mean?
"Black Tie Encouraged" means that guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (an evening gown or tuxedo), but may also choose to wear a formal, dark suit or midi dress instead. Generally, a black tie encouraged dress code means that the couple and their wedding party will be dressed in black tie. It's therefore courteous for guests to reflect this level of formality in their own attire.
