Jordan and Kelly first met in January 2019 at Parkway Tavern. Their first date—a simple movie night—was memorably disrupted by a group of overly chatty teenagers sitting behind them. Despite the interruption, sparks flew, and from that point on, they were practically inseparable.

Jordan quickly became known for sweet, spontaneous gestures—often leaving his friends at Stoney’s to bring Kelly her favorite treats, like french fries or ice cream. That same year, Kelly officially graduated from college and began her career in the logistics industry.

Then, in 2020, the world shifted as COVID-19 hit. Jordan unofficially moved in with Kelly and her roommates, and on April 17, 2020, they welcomed their first “child”—Hank, the fluffiest, goofiest golden retriever you could imagine. He instantly stole their hearts with his playful and loving nature, though he definitely kept them on their toes (thank goodness for pet insurance!).

During that time, Jordan pursued his lifelong dream of becoming a firefighter. He worked tirelessly, passing all his exams and earning certifications as both an EMT and advanced EMT within a year. In 2021, he took on a new challenge: a season of wildland firefighting, which meant months of long-distance for the couple. It was tough, but due to unexpected circumstances, Jordan returned home a few weeks early—much to Kelly’s relief.

Meanwhile, Kelly decided to chase a dream of her own: passing the CPA exam. She made the difficult decision to leave a job she had held for nearly a decade and transitioned into public accounting.

In 2022, Jordan joined Las Vegas Fire & Rescue, completed his academy training, and officially graduated in August of that year. Through it all, the couple continued to support each other, travel, attend concerts, and spend quality time with friends.

Then came December 2023—a month that would change everything. Kelly completed and passed all four parts of the CPA exam, and just days later, on December 16, Jordan got down on one knee and proposed. She said yes!

In March 2024, their little family grew once more with the arrival of Goose, their second golden retriever—just as fluffy and full of life as his older brother.

After a beautiful and long engagement, Jordan and Kelly finally chose a date to tie the knot: September 6, 2026. Surrounded by their closest friends and family, they can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter of their journey—together.
