The wedding ceremony will take place at Luthy Botanical Gardens (2520 N Prospect Road, Peoria, IL 61603) at noon. Please plan to arrive early. The reception will take place at The Warehouse on State (736 SW Washington Street, Peoria, IL 61602).

In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to an indoor location onsite. The reception is indoors at the Warehouse on State (736 SW Washington Street, Peoria, IL 61602)

The ceremony will be outdoors and will be more formal/traditional - cocktail attire or similar. For the Happily Ever After Party - costumes or fun/wild/funky attire encouraged! Come dressed to have a great time and make fun memories [hilarious photos] with us!

Of course, we can't guarantee anything, but early October in Central Illinois is usually very pleasant, with temperatures in the mid- to upper 60's. You can keep an eye on the weather leading up to the wedding at www.weather.com. In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to an indoor location onsite at Luthy Botanical Gardens.

We are not providing any formal transportation to the ceremony but there is ample parking available. We will have a shuttle service that will run for the Happily Ever After Party (details on Travel tab). The reception location shares a parking lot with a neighboring restaurant, but there is street parking and a large parking lot at the bottom of State Street across the railroad tracks. Ubers and Taxis are available in our area.

Yes we have [most of] those. You will need to either use Uber or call a Taxi - Lyft does not operate in Peoria. Also, if you are flying to the airport you cannot utilize Uber due to agreements with the Airport/local Taxi company, so Taxi will be the way to go.

Yes! Please feel free to join us at Industry Brewing on Friday evening at 8pm as we greet guests from out-of-town (and locally) before the big day! We will also be having Brunch at the Embassy Suites on Sunday around 9:30am (free for guests of the hotel and open to the public). We'd love to see you!

Yes! Both locations offer accessible parking and access. The path to the outdoor ceremony reception is not paved, but is level and accessible.

Walking tacos and heavy appetizers will be served, along with a sweet table at the Happily Ever After Party. Beer and wine will be hosted and a full cash-bar is available.

We have chosen options for the events that account for gluten, vegetarian, and vegan dietary needs - please let us know if you have a specific restriction outside of those.
