How We Met! We met while living in Chicago. Kelly was colleagues with Zach's roommate who introduced us. We hit it off and became fast friends. We placed each other in the friend zone for a few years or five but who's counting?

We are Just Friends! You could catch us hanging out with our friends, at a concert, or having a laugh at a brewery.

Let's Make It Official! Zach took a two year hiatus from living in Chicago and when he returned, we were inseparable. We spent every weekend together for months before Zach asked Kelly on our first date. The rest was history!

Lovestruck!

Move In With Me! Zach moved into Kelly's one bedroom apartment and put all of his belongings in storage. Seriously, all of it. He had one shelf, a couple of drawers and we shared a bathroom which was the size of a shoebox for three months. We decided it's time we get a bigger place to call home, just one block down the street. It is the apartment we currently live in today.

As avid travelers, we had taken quite a few trips together by this point in time. We decided it's time to challenge ourselves and ask: "Can we go on an extended three week vacation, just the two of us, where we do not speak the language?" We were both all-in. We packed our bags and found ourselves back at O'hare and ready for our next big adventure. Patagonia is one of the most stunning places we have traveled to. We had the time of our lives together soaking in the views and culture. We left promising each other it's the first of many (extended) trips together. In just two short years, we have been to 6 countries, Puerto Rico and countless cities across the US.

Zach Pops The Question! Italy was a dream destination for the two of us. We decided to make our daydreams come true and the next thing we know we were waking up in Rome. After exploring the city all day, Zach proposed in the beautiful Piazza Navona.
