This is the recommended airport to fly into in order to get to Telluride. Montrose (MTJ) is about an hour and twenty minutes from Telluride and is the closest city to Telluride. You will need to book a shuttle to get from MTJ into Telluride (see below for options)!

Both United and Southwest fly into MTJ. You will likely have a layover in Denver for both airlines.

The Telluride (TEX) airport is typically the more expensive flight option. This airport is only about 10 minutes from town and Mountain Village.
