Louisville has so many great things to offer! If you want to do any distillery tours or tastings, book early as things fill up fast! Here are some of the places we've been to and are Bride & Groom recommended:
Bardstown Bourbon Company
Bride and Groom's all-time favorite distillery (the Bardstown, KY location having the slight edge).
Their Bardstown, KY location has expanded significantly from the first time we visited. It was a single building surrounded by corn fields and has an amazing kitchen! It's about an hour away from the city, so if time allows and you're looking for an adventure we believe it's worth it!
Taste Fine Wines and Bourbons
Great place to try some bourbons and wines! We love the bourbon flights and is a go to place for us whenever we are in town!
Copper & Kings
We stumbled upon this brandy distillery walking all of Louisville and we go back on a regular basis!
Maker's Mark Distillery
They have a beautiful campus and you can dip your own bottle! This is another spot that would be a little adventure, but worth the drive! Located about 1.25 hours outside of downtown Louisville.
Big Four Bridge
Walk from Louisville, KY, across the Ohio River, into Jeffersonville, IN on the pedestrian walking bridge. Located about 1.2 miles from the KFC YUM! Center.
