We are kindly asking our guests to wear white for this event. Although we expect a light sea breeze, temperatures are likely to be warm and tropical. We also recommend comfortable shoes as you will most likely be walking to this event. Please take this into consideration when planning your attire.

We kindly ask our guests to dress in formal attire. Again, please take into consideration the warm weather and cobble stone streets. There will be air conditioning only at the reception.

If you choose to spend Saturday, April 13th at Makani Beach Resort, we kindly ask our guests to purchase their own day pass for $50. Please use Zelle (305-484-2600) or Venmo (@Rowdy-Dre) to make your payment to Andres by no later than March 31st to secure your spot. The day pass includes transportation by water taxi to the island and the beach resort day pass. Water, juice and fruit will be provided; however, there is a full bar and kitchen in which guests can order at their own expense. Towels will be provided at the resort and there will be full access to bathrooms and showers. Bus transportation from Cartagena to the beach, where you will access a water taxi to the resort will be provided. We are arranging bus departure times at approximately 9:40AM and 10:40AM. You will be given a departure time as the wedding weekend approaches. If you happen to miss your scheduled bus time, you will be responsible to arrange your transportation to the water taxi. Departure times from Makani will vary. We are finalizing bus transportation from the water taxi back to Cartagena. If you wish to leave earlier than the arranged times, you will be responsible for your own transportation. Taxis are readily available. Exchanging money in Colombia tends to be more favorable. However, you can exchange with your local bank prior to departing for Cartagena. Otherwise, you can exchange at the airport in Cartagena or at a money exchange within the city of Cartagena. Cash is mainly for street vendors and taxi drivers. All restaurants and stores do take credit cards. Tipping in US dollars is often accepted as well.
