Kelly and Joey’s story started long before they even realized it. Growing up just down the street from each other, they first met in middle school. Little did they know that their friendship would blossom into something much more special. By the time high school came around, they were inseparable, officially becoming high school sweethearts.

College took them in different directions, but Kelly and Joey knew that their love was strong enough to withstand the miles. They embraced the challenge of a long-distance relationship, growing even closer through the years apart. After college, they finally closed the distance and moved in together, welcoming two adorable Bernedoodles, Millie and Doddi, into their lives.

Their love story reached new heights when they traveled to Italy, a place they had always dreamed of visiting together. After attending the Ryder Cup in Rome, Joey had one more surprise in store. On September 30th, 2023, with the breathtaking Amalfi Coast as their backdrop, Joey got down on one knee on the pier at Fornillo Beach in Positano and asked Kelly to spend forever with him. Kelly was absolutely shocked and overjoyed, saying “yes” in front of a cheering crowd. Positano will always hold a special place in their hearts.

Since that magical day, Kelly and Joey have been enjoying every moment of their engagement. They are beyond excited to start this new chapter of their lives together and can’t wait to celebrate their special day surrounded by all the people they love.
