Shuttles depart from each hotel (the Lora in Stillwater and the Best Western in New Richmond) at 4:30pm. The return shuttles will leave the venue at 11:30pm

Shuttle transportation is provided to and from venue. Shuttle leaves at 4:30 pm. *room block available for one night, call hotel if you need an additional night*

Best Western Plus New Richmond Inn & Suites

Shuttle transportation provided to and from venue- departing at 4:30 pm. *limited rooms available. Downtown location, so more convenient for exploring Stillwater

Lora Hotel & Event Center

A rustic option for those who want to sleep right on site. Cabins are bare bones and sleep 4 in bunk beds. Think summer camp vibes. Venue On-Site Lodging

Camp right on site near the river! No electric hookups provided, but campers are allowed. If you want to book a campsite, please let us know by emailing lapointeevents@gmail.com
