Guests should plan to arrive promptly between 3:00 pm and 3:15 pm.

The reception ends at 9:00 pm.

A 14-passenger shuttle/van will bring passengers from the hotel to the venue and back. Shuttles to the venue will start running at 1:30 pm and will run continuously. Last shuttle to the venue pre-ceremony will leave at approximately 2:40 pm. If you don't make it or don't fit, there is typically plenty of access to Ubers and Lyfts.
