Are we allowing kids at our wedding?
Unfortunately, our venue is unable to accommodate guests under the age of 18.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, due to space, plus-ones are by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus-one. Thank you so much for your understanding!
Will there be transportation to and from the venue?
Yes! We will be providing bus transportation between the venue and the Hyatt Regency Reston. We will post exact times prior to the weekend of the wedding.
What is the dress code for the wedding?
Yes! Our wedding will require cocktail dress. For men, that means a suit or shirt with a tie, and for women that is a midi-or knee-length dress.
Will I be allowed to take photos/videos during the ceremony?
We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We have hired professional photographers to document our special day, so we ask that guests stay fully present with us and keep all devices turned off during the ceremony.
Is there parking at your wedding venue?
Yes! Fleetwood Farms has ample parking for anyone driving to the ceremony and reception.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. The cocktail will have indoor and outdoor options, while the reception will be indoors.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes! Please include any restrictions in you RSVP response, and we will do what we can to accommodate.
