Our ceremony will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor cocktail hour and reception to celebrate!

💍 Ceremony (5:00 PM – 5:30 PM) A beautiful ceremony to begin the celebration. 🍸 Cocktail Hour (5:30 PM – 6:15 PM) Guests can enjoy drinks and appetizers while the couple takes photos. 🍽️ Dinner & Speeches (6:45 PM – 8:15 PM) Buffet dinner served with a few short, meaningful toasts. ☕ Coffee & Dessert (8:15 PM – 8:45 PM) Enjoy a sweet selection and fresh coffee before the dance floor heats up. 🎶 Dancing (8:45 PM – 10:45 PM) Music and celebration to close out the night.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. To ensure an uninterrupted experience, guests arriving after 4:50pm will be asked to wait until the ceremony has concluded before entering. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you plan accordingly so you don’t miss this special moment!

Yes, we will have a professional photographer. Please do not take pictures during the ceremony as it may impact the quality of the professional photos.

Daytime temperatures typically range from the mid-60s to mid-80s °F, while nights can be cooler, with lows in the 40s to 50s °F.

We’ll be serving a variety of classic yet elegant dishes during our buffet-style dinner. After dinner, guests can enjoy a dessert table featuring an assortment of sweets, from bite-sized treats to indulgent options. Coffee will also be available to pair with dessert.

Yes! We will have an open bar for our guests to enjoy. There will also be an optional tip jar at the bar, so feel free to tip and show appreciation for our wonderful bartender!

We are planning to wrap up around 11p AZ Time. If the night permits, we plan to go to Gilbert Downtown or Chandler Downtown area for an after party.
