To ensure the best possible pricing and inclusion in our group booking, we are providing contact information to our wedding travel agent and encourage you to take advantage of her services. Her packages include round- trip airfare, resort accommodations, travel insurance and transportation to the resort.


Please reach out to Carla the sooner the better, so everyone can get the best prices and the room category they prefer, as inventory can and will get sold out! Also, air fare is not in the system yet, but of course can be added to resort once in the system. 


Carla will need passport information! Please be ready to send her passport photos or if you are in the process of getting a passport/ waiting on passport to arrive, give her the names applied! 


We will be arriving on Wednesday December 11th, 2024, and be departing on Wednesday December 18th, 2024. We would love for everyone to stay as long as they can whether that be the full week with us or make it a long weekend. Whatever your travel needs may be Carla is ready to assist you.
