Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Dr. Kaul's Farm in Volant.
Where should guests park? Is parking free?
There will be parking available at the venue, and parking will be directed. However, if you are able to car pool to save on parking space it is highly encouraged!
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony begins promptly at 3:30pm. We recommend you aim to arrive by 3:00pm to ensure you are able to get a seat.
Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, and kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during that time. Our photographer will be capturing the ceremony, and we will share photos as soon as we are able to!
What is the order of events?
Encouraged guest arrival: 3:00pm
Ceremony: 3:30pm-4:00pm
Cocktail hour: 4:00-5:30pm
Entrances and dinner seats: 5:30pm-6:00pm
Dinner: 6:00pm-7:30pm
Reception and Dancing: 7:30pm-9:30pm
Grand exit: 9:30pm-10:00pm
Is the reception open bar? What should I do about driving?
Yes; we will be providing alcoholic beverages. However, we DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. Please be sure to arrange a designated driver within your party. If you are staying in one of the blocked rooms at the Hampton, they will provide shuttling back to the hotel. Again we ask you to plan ahead and be responsible!
Is the wedding child friendly?
We are thrilled to have your little ones join us as we say I Do! There are arcade style games on the first level of the venue for guests of all ages to participate in! We only ask that your kids are never far from your sight and always accounted for to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable evening.
What should I wear?
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Our wedding party are wearing black, so black attire is encouraged. (Everybody looks good in black!)
The ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your heels!
Can I bring a guest/date?
Due to limited capacity, we unfortunately can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out "Your Name & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.
How can I contribute to your honeymoon fund?
The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, a wedding card can be dropped in the card box at the reception.
How do I RSVP?
You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. We will include a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us!
When do I RSVP by?
Please RSVP no later than August 22nd, 2024
What happens if I don't RSVP in time?
If we do not get an RSVP by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the vendors and venue in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's, and we hope that you understand.
I have a dietary restriction, what should I do?
Please contact Kelsey as soon as possible to make accommodations to any dietary restrictions.
What should I do if I cannot make it?
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so that we may plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Kelsey as soon as you are aware.
Where should I stay for the wedding weekend?
We thank you wholeheartedly for traveling to celebrate with us! Please visit our "Travel" tab to see hotels in the area. Those listed with a block option are offering a discounted rate when you call and book under "Adams & Latimer Wedding"!

When do I need to book my stay at the Hampton?
We have a contract set up with the Hampton Inn and Suites. However, your room must be booked by August 7th, 2024 in order to utilize the discount.
