We can't wait to have you all in Phoenix celebrating with us in less than one week! Please review some helpful information below:

Knock on wood — the weather is looking perfect! You might want a light layer for the evening. All events will be outside.

The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the airport. Lyft, Uber, and Waymos are available! Waymos are fun, easy, and affordable—highly recommend! There are plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance of the hotel.

Daytime – Come hang by the pool! Each hotel room comes with 4 pool passes. If you aren’t staying at the hotel but are interested in swimming, please reach out to me or Regan!

Saturday Night – Welcome Party at Little O's Arcadia, 7pm-9pm. It's located about 8 minutes from the hotel. Again, Lyfts, Ubers, and Waymos are easy to take to and from the hotel. We’ll have pizza, salad, beer, and wine. You’re welcome to bring your kids this night.

Sunday - Wedding Day! The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm on the lawn at the hotel. There will be signage. We’ll have cocktail hour on the lawn after the ceremony, then head to the rooftop to party! There is a strict noise ordinance at 10pm, but the hotel bar will be open if anyone feels like keeping the party going! Reminder: no kids at the ceremony/reception, please!

Monday Morning – We’ll be hanging in the hotel lobby post-wedding. Stop by and say goodbye on your way out!
