We suggest to stay at Emerald Hotel in Budapest, which is a great 4-star hotel at a very good location, very central, walking distance from many shops, restaurants. etc.
We got a group rate for our guests. The rate includes taxes, breakfast, use of fitness and wellness, wi-fi and comlimentary tea and coffe at the Lounge Bar 7/24.

Private transfer from and to Budapest airport, from Vienna or Budapest to Tata or Hilltop
If you need private transfer from Budapest airport to the city or from Budapest or from Vienna to Tata (any of the hotels) or Hilltop, please get in touch with Nóri (guest@cinderellasday.com) and she will assist to book a car for you.
Pricewise you can expect approximately this prices:
Budapest airport - Budapest hotel - ca. 15 000 Ft (ca. 39 USD)
Budapest - Tata with a standard minivan (Opel, Renault or similar) - ca. 33-45 000 Ft (85-115 USD) depending on the exact type of car. (Mercedes is also available, price is upon request)
Vienna - Tata would be around 78 000-90 000 Ft (ca. 202-233 USD) for a standard car/minivan.
