Our Wedding

Kelsey and Josh can’t share their story without first introducing Molly. Kelsey and Molly have been best friends since they met at middle school; going through every milestone together and always being there for each other, no matter what. In the summer of 2020, Josh and his good friend Ivan worked a summer job in between their college semesters, mowing Farm Island for Game, Fish, and Parks. Molly eventually joined the two boys a few weeks into the summer. The trio enjoyed being able to work outside and would goof off together. As a maintenance worker, they were required to work one weekend for the summer as a campground supervisor. Molly's birthday had come around later that summer, so Kelsey and Molly decided to spend it at Farm Island, and that is where Kelsey saw Josh. &nbsp;It also just happened to be the same weekend Josh was assigned to work. Kelsey noticed Josh working on the job and thought he was super cute. She immediately asked Molly who her coworker was. Molly would later tell Josh about Kelsey. Ivan and Molly both suggested that Josh should reach out to her after receiving her phone number. Josh would later reach out to Kelsey and after talking for a while they would officially be dating later that year. 	The start of their relationship was long distance since both of them were going to college in different towns; Josh was attending Dakota State University and Kelsey was at Morningside University. Thankfully, they were able to see each other whenever they were back at home in Pierre or when Josh would drive to Sioux City. The two made the most out of their short visits and created some of their favorite memories together. Some of those memories together were a vacation to Disney World, going to college parties, trying new restaurants around Sioux City, and watching movies at the drive-in movie theater. Josh graduated from DSU and started a full-time job in Pierre while Kelsey finished her degree a year later. Kelsey also got a job in Pierre, which allowed them to move in together for the first time. While they were living together, Kelsey begged Josh for a puppy and when he finally caved, they adopted an English Bulldog puppy named Peaches. After being spoiled rotten and loved for many months, Josh decided to recruit Peaches to help pop the question. The weekend before Valentine's Day, Kelsey, Josh, and Peaches went to take pictures above the river. As Kelsey was focused on the camera, Josh quickly tied a bandana around Peaches' neck asking the question.&nbsp;	Of course Kelsey said yes! We can’t wait for you to help us celebrate and begin this next chapter of our lives!

To book rooms with the block rate call and book under the Cass- Goeden wedding. Rooms must be booked by April, 9th 2025 to receive the block rate and be apart of the group block. Otherwise rooms can be booked with the block rate up until May, 2nd 2025.
