It all started with a match on Hinge. Kelsey promised to show Mark around Southeastern Connecticut (which technically still has never happened) and they met for a date in Norwich. The night of their first date Mark's phone broke and Kelsey assumed he was trying to ghost her, but at the last moment he got in touch and they had their date; the rest, as they say, is history. Kelsey and Mark moved into their apartment in February 2020 and wouldn't you know it, but a little thing happened and they were stuck inside together for a while. Living together during pandemic proved to both of them that they were meant to be together. During an anniversary trip to Maine, Mark insisted on going on a beach walk after dinner one night. Although they ended up at what would more likely be considered a marina than a beach, Mark got down on one knee to propose and now there's going to be a wedding!
