almost 50 years ago, as the first resort in the Dominican Republic.

When we use the term “Room Block,” we are referring to a group of rooms that are being held for a group with a certain locked in rate. Please note that Casa de Campo does NOT allow guests staying off property to attend the wedding events. Everyone attending the wedding must stay on-site at Casa de Campo for the minimum night requirement of 3 nights, as there are no wedding or day passes availabe for visitors who are not guests of the hotel. All guests must also be booked within the room block - if you book outside of the room block and attend the wedding, the resort will charge you an additional one night room stay. Please note that these are resort policies, not our own Agency policies, and they will be strictly enforced when you are on property.

What a room block is not:

A room block is not a PHYSICAL block of space being held all together for a group. With people checking in and out at different times, booking into different rooms categories (some of which are only in certain buildings), etc., it would be impossible for the resort to put everyone in every group in the same buildings. We can request for your room to be near another room, but please note that these are requests only and cannot be guaranteed.

Below are our contracted group room rates. The rates are per night, and based on 2 guests per room. Each room comes with a golf cart. If you need pricing for single occupancy, additional guests, or if you see another room online that you do not see here, just ask our travel advisors, and they will request the room as long as it is available.

Travel Insurance is also available.

The Superior Casita rooms feature inviting outdoor spaces that surround you in a tropical paradise of native trees, plants and flowers. You’ll love the added interior space, too – including larger bathrooms with walk-in showers and an expansive walk-in closet. These rooms also boast distinctive amenities such as espresso machines and, of course, a full-service mini-bar.

-The Elite Room with Balcony features chic décor and cathedral ceilings, presenting second-floor views of the lush tropical landscape and stunning golf courses where the mahogany privacy panels and sliding glass doors reveal fully furnished private balconies perfect for relaxing.

Enjoy our newest state of the art and over-sized luxuriously appointed rooms that will invigorate your senses and provide breathtaking views from your own private terrace or balcony. The Premier Club includes a dedicated reception with exclusive bar and lounge areas where you can enjoy exclusive access to premium beverages and a unique selection of complimentary canapés & appetizers prepared by our executive chef, in our Premier Club.

Those who book sooner will have a greater selection of rooms! Deposits must be made by February 1st, 2025. Final payments will be due on or before March 20th, 2025. **Please note that the earlier you book a room, the more options you will have. Rooms can still sell out in the room block as other guests book, so if you would prefer a specific category we suggest putting the deposit down ASAP.

To reserve your room, please fill out the Room Reservation Form from our travel agents email. You will just have to put down a $200 deposit to hold your room. You may make payments at any time. There will be a date for when final payments are due. On the form you will be asked if you would like travel protection.

You will fly into either Punta Cana International Airport

(PUJ) or Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ), and will be able

to begin booking flights for July 2025 in September of

2024.
