Attire: Cocktail to Formal
Ceremony seating will begin between 4:00 and 4:15 PM with the ceremony beginning at 4:30 PM. There will be plenty of parking at the entrance to the venue. The wedding and reception will be almost entirely outdoors so please plan accordingly! There will be unpaved walkways so if you are planning on heels, just be aware of this. Weather in September can be unpredictable but we are hoping for slightly cooler temps, particularly for the sake of our guests in dinner jackets. Cocktail attire will most likely be the norm but if you feel moved to wear an evening gown, by all means please do so! We can't wait to see you.

The ceremony site is recognizable by the large, free-standing windows and double doors that mark the entrance. Everything is surrounded by a meadow of tufted pampas grass. Seating will be on rustic wooden benches but if you require a chair with a back to be comfortable, please let one of the ushers or a member of the Hidden Meadow staff know. They will accommodate you.
5:00 PM–6:00 PM
Cocktail Hour
Attire: Cocktail to Formal
After the ceremony there will be a social hour before dinner. Drinks will be available at the bar inside the open-sided barn, including two specialty cocktails. There will also be a selection of hors d'oeuvres and yard games available at this time.
6:00 PM–11:00 PM
Reception
Attire: Cocktail to Formal
The Reception will be held in the open-sided barn within walking distance from the ceremony site. Seating will start at 6:00 PM. Dinner will be a buffet of wood fired, locally sourced pizza from Community Crust. Dessert will be a selection of cupcakes from Queer as Cakes. Additionally there will be s'mores supplies after sunset. Last call for drinks will be at 10:45 PM so plan your last beverages accordingly!
