Kelsey and Luke first crossed paths in elementary school, thanks to their mutual friend Jack. Though they went their separate ways in high school, attending rival schools, fate—whom we like to call Matt—brought them back together in 2021 at a bar crawl. Matt tipped Kelsey off to keep an eye out for Luke that night. They ran into each other at the last bar of the night where he impressed Kelsey with his singing and dance moves. Luke, being the gentleman he is, made sure Kelsey got home safe with an Uber—and some pizza! From that moment on, they’ve been inseparable. Now, they share a home with their two sweet dogs, Calvin and Georgia!

Luke went all out to make Kelsey’s birthday unforgettable—getting down on one knee (torn Achilles and all!) to surprise her with a beautiful ring and a heartfelt proposal. With their closest family and friends in on the plan, and their sweet fur babies by their side, the moment was filled with love, joy, and happy tears. A birthday to remember, the start of forever!
