Please arrive by 3:15pm if you plan on attending the pre-ceremony cocktail hour. It will take roughly 20 minutes to get to the ceremony site. *Shuttles will pickup from select hotels at 2:45PM - 3:15PM and will loop 3 times. If you aren’t staying at one of these hotels I suggest walking to one if it’s close. There is plenty of parking at the venue if you choose to drive. Walking is also an option… everything is close in this small mountain town but you will have to cross a main road so I don’t suggest this. Please bring a mask for the bus ride. **Bus from the bottom of the mountain to the ceremony spot at the top will be at 3:15PM & 4PM sharp. If you cannot ride the ski lift up or wish not to, please be there on time. Bus meeting spot is in the parking lot of the venue.
